Cookie Policy
Last updated 14 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the very small number of cookies Klik uses. In short: we use only what is strictly necessary to keep hosts signed in, and nothing on guest pages.
1. What we set
When a host signs in, we set strictly-necessary cookies to maintain the session and to refresh it securely. These are HttpOnly, use the SameSite attribute, and expire when you sign out or after the session's lifetime.
2. What we don't set
Guest upload and gallery pages set no non-essential cookies at all. Across the service we use no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no cross-site analytics pixels.
3. Consent
Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for (staying signed in), they are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules. There is therefore nothing extra to accept or reject — which is why hosts see a short notice rather than a consent wall, and guests see nothing.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the strictly-necessary cookies will prevent hosts from staying signed in. For more on the data behind these cookies, see our Privacy Policy.
