Strictly-necessary (session)

When a host signs in, we set strictly-necessary cookies to maintain the session and to refresh it securely. These are HttpOnly, use the SameSite attribute, and expire when you sign out or after the session's lifetime.

First-party analytics

If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we set a first-party analytics cookie/identifier on our marketing pages and the host dashboard so we can understand how the service is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked, events created). This is provided by PostHog, EU-hosted, and is not used to build advertising profiles. It is never set on guest upload or gallery pages, and choosing "Essential only" means it is never set at all.

Guest upload and gallery pages set no non-essential cookies at all. Across the service we use no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no cross-site analytics pixels.

The session cookies are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for (staying signed in), so they are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules.

Product analytics is opt-in: nothing is set until you choose "Accept" in our cookie banner, and choosing "Essential only" keeps it off. Even then it is first-party and EU-hosted, runs only on our marketing and host pages, never on guest pages, and we honour your browser's "Do Not Track" setting. You can also block or clear cookies for this site in your browser settings.
